Abstract :
Family farms, with keeping local species richness, are suitable for the protection of agricultural biodiversity for the sustainable use of natural resources and preservation of the environment. The study of biodiversity of family farm species conducts with the aim of how much they affect by person, socio-economic factors of farmers and their families. In this study, information about farms collects from 84 family farms in 10 villages in the form of a questionnaire through interviews and direct observation of farms. Based on the results, socio-economic factors can act as influential factors on the biodiversity indicators of farms. Factors such as age, more farm experience, female participation, number of household members, working hours on the farm, knowledge of the targets of the cultivars and the area of the house and farm have a direct and positive effect and factors such as literacy of the head of the household and distance from the sales center. They had a negative and inverse effect on biodiversity. Encourage farmers to plant more species on farms, make good use of species in nature to prevent damage to the environment, train farmers to do crop rotation and intercrossing to control pests, and improve soil fertility in conserving biodiversity.
