Abstract :

The bitter consequences of the events of the past decades, such as the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident in Japan, the Piper Alpha oil rig in the North Sea, or the recent environmental Fa in the Gulf of Mexico, and several other similar incidents have always been the answer to this fundamental question. It remains to be seen why, with the establishment of very strong safety, health and environmental management systems in such places, such incidents sometimes occur with irreparable consequences. Shouldn't the deployment of such systems anticipate, control, and naturally reduce the risks involved.This article tries to describe the advantages of Papion method in optimizing risk management optimization by improving inspection processes, forecasting, awareness and job satisfaction, as well as the risks of doing work at height that cause damage. And illustrate clearly the consequences that could threaten the workforce.Also, by establishing a connection between hardware and software systems and the required balances of a misunderstanding and establishing a connection between the risks and their consequences through the required barriers and compensatory devices in order to prevent the occurrence of accidents and chain consequences. Establish the results and demonstrate how to control them in a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly management system.
