Abstract :
Objective: To identify and analyze the existing challenges in the field of order and security of Iran's beaches and the role of halal sports tourism in improving this situation is a very important issue that due to the ever-increasing growth of coastal sports tourism, there is a need to identify the Sharia, cultural and Social in the design and implementation of halal sports tourism seems essential.
Methodology: The current research was conducted using a qualitative method and a grounded theory approach. The interviews were targeted with 20 experts in the field of tourism, sports and Islamic sciences with executive and research experience. Data analysis was done using the open, central, and selective coding method, which is the basis of Strauss and Corbin's approach, and was done with the help of Maxqda software version 2020. Formal and substantive methods were used to check the validity, and intra-subject agreement method was used to check the reliability; the agreement rate was reported as 0.78.
Results: According to the findings of the research, the development of halal sports tourism will bring many economic, social and cultural benefits to the coastal communities and will ultimately lead to the improvement of order .
Conclusion: In this regard, providing practical and practical solutions for the successful implementation of this type of tourism is of particular importance. Considering the material and spiritual benefits resulting from the implementation of this model, it is suggested that the legislative and executive authorities take basic and serious steps in this regard
