By designing conditions and relaxing spaces with the help of values and concepts of Japanesearchitecture, based on Zen's philosophy that based on simplicity, purity, avoidance of complexity and relaxation, ithas tried to bring an experience of relaxation to the audience. This article seeks to investigate a principled relationshipbetween the principles of Japanese gardens in accordance with the teachings of Zen philosophy, and the effects ofits tranquility and cheerfulness. In fact, a set of principles for the design of Japanese gardens influenced by Zen'sphilosophy can play an effective role in the mental relaxation of the audience from a psychological point of view. Thearchitecture of the Zen Gardens from the point of view: the style of the rocks, the elements of the garden, the typesof lines and shapes used in them, and... Have a positive psychological effect on the audience. Relaxation in thesegardens can be used in landscape design of public and private buildings in cities that are facing increasing numbers ofmental illnesses, so that perhaps the correct architecture could be effective in improving mental illness and promotingcommunity health. امروزه یکی از عوامل ایجاد اغتشاش و بی‌نظمی بصری، وجود نماهای شهری با ظاهری ناهنجار است. این ناهمگونی در نمای شهرهای ایران، به‌خصوص شهر تهران و در مجاورت خیابان‌های اصلی محلی، بیش‌ازپیش خودنمایی می‌کند. پرداختن به این موضوع که چه اجزایی از نما سبب ایجاد اغتشاش بصری گردیده است و احصاء مؤثرترین جزء بصری نما در این زمینه، از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین جایگاه اجزاء معماری نما و تأثیر آنها در ایجاد اغتشاش بصری و مقایسه تأثیرات در جداره و تک نماصورت گرفته است. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع نمونه موردی، پیمایشی و کدگذاری می‌باشد. برای حصول به اهداف پژوهش تأثیر الحاقات، مصالح، پنجره، فرم و حجم، سبک و تزیینات، خطوط و درب در ایجاد اغتشاش بصری جداره و نما بررسی شد. به‌منظور شناسایی و مقایسه تأثیرات اجزاء از پرسشنامه و مطالعات میدانی و به‌منظور تحلیل و رتبه‌بندی از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون فریدمن استفاده‌شده است. روش طی شده در این پژوهش در زمینه آسیب‌شناسی، نوآوری داشته و الگویی جهت مطالعات آسیب‌شناسی نما ارائه می‌دهد. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که میزان تأثیر معیارها در ایجاد اغتشاش بصری جداره و تک نما متفاوت است و شاخص‌های متفاوتی از اجزاء تک نما و جداره، در ایجاد اغتشاش بصری تأثیرگذارند. با تحلیل نتایج توسط آزمون فریدمن مشخص گردید که خطوط در جداره با امتیاز 28/5 و الحاقات در تک نما با امتیاز 20/5. بیشترین میزان تأثیر را در ایجاد اغتشاش بصری دارند. همچنین در جداره و تک نما درب کم‌ترین تأثیر در ایجاد اغتشاش بصری را دارد.
