    بانک‌ها و دولت جهت تجزیه وتحلیل مناسب نتایج و نیز برای بهره‌وری بیشتر از منابع در اختیار و تخصیص درست و به موقع آن باید بازخورد آن را مشاهده کنند. این پژوهش با هدف واکاوی عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت بنگاه‌های زودبازده بخش کشاورزی در شهرستان ایوان انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 150 نمونه که از این تعداد 80 نمونه شامل مجریان طرح‌هایی بودند که اعتبار خود را از محل اعتبار بنگاه‌های زود بازده بانک کشاورزی دریافت کرده بودند، با استفاده از آزمون کرجسی مورگان و از طریق انتخاب تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری پژوهش پرسشنامه بود که روایی و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ و ارزیابی نتایج آن با نرم‌افزار SPSS صورت گرفت. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که متغیرهای روانشناختی در کار آفرینان فعال و غیرفعال شامل ریسک پذیری، استقلال‌طلبی، اعتماد به نفس، خلاقیت مدیران بنگاه‌های زود بازده، تحصیلات آنها و سرمایه اولیه‌ای که در بنگاه وارد می‌کنند بطور معنی‌داری از عوامل مهم در پیش‌بینی موفقیت و شکست بنگاه‌های زود بازده کشاورزی می‌باشد.     Getting advanced in communication and information technologies and their impact on all aspects of human life, the world is experiencing a new phenomenon named information society. Therefore, e-learning is a necessity to develop the quality of learning in this kind of society. The purpose of this study was to identify the barriers of e-learning implementation by M.Sc. Students in agricultural faculty of Islamic Azad University, Ilam branch. This research was applied and a descriptive survey method was used. The population of this study included 153 M.Sc. students in the agricultural faculty of Islamic Azad University (Ilam branch) that were studied by census method. Instrument of data gathering was questionnaire that its content validity confirmed by an expert panel. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire and its value was equal to 0.96. Findings of factor analyses showed that the barriers of e-learning included five categories such as: infrastructure barriers, attitudinal barriers, technical, professional barriers, human barriers and educational-skill barriers that these barriers explained 52.53% of the total variance.     The purpose of this study was to study the feasibility of establishingagricultural processing industries in Ilam Province.A mixed research method (Dominant, Less Dominant andtwo-phase design) was used. A Delphi technique as qualitativeresearch method, and a descriptive-survey method for quantitativephase was applied. Based on the results of the Delphi panel, 65different types of agricultural processing industries wereidentified to be appropriate for Ilam Province and were used indesigning a questionnaire for the quantitative phase of thestudy. The statistical population of the quantitative phase comprisedall agricultural experts working in the Jihad- AgricultureOrganization of Ilam Province (N=85). From among them,and by using the Morgan Table, 70 individuals were selectedthrough stratified random sampling and were studied by thequestionnaire. In the quantitative phase, based on the variationratio (VR), the respondents prioritized the agricultural processingindustries for all counties of Ilam Province. Results of Kendall’sW test showed that there was agreement among the respondentsabout the feasibility of establishing agricultural processing industriesin this Province. Manuscript profile

    The rural areas of Ilam province are facing many problems in the field of employment and production, and the development of entrepreneurial activities in these areas is very necessary. Opportunity identification has a very fundamental role in entrepreneurial activities.The study was carried out to home business opportunities for rural areas in Ilam province. The research used a combined qualitative and quantitative methodology. The methodology was qualitative in the first phase using semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions. The second phase was run by a descriptive-survey methodology. Participants were purposefully selected from village administrators, experts of the Coordination Office of Economic Affairs Governor, experts of the Jahad-e Agriculture organization, experts of the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization, and experts of the Industry, Mining and Trade Organization. Data were collected from 72 participants in nine sessions as focus group discussion attended by 6-11 people. They were qualitatively analyzed by Strauss and Corbin’s constant comparison method in three coding phases. They were quantitatively analyzed with SPSS Software Package. In the end, the home businesses in priority in each Township were introduced for agricultural sector, processing industries, and handicraft industries. Manuscript profile
