ﺣﺴﺎﺑﺪاران ﻣﺴﺆولیت ﺣﺴﺎس و دﺷﻮاری درﺗﻔﺴﯿﺮ ﻣﺒﺎدﻻت و اراﺋﻪ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻞ ﮔﺰارش‌ﻫـﺎی ﻣـﺎلی، جهت اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮوه‌های ذﯾﻨﻔـﻊ به منظور ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﺮکت‌ها دارﻧﺪ، بنابراین ارائه اطلاعات با کیفیت نامطلوب موجب سلب اعتماد عموم به حسابداران می‌گردد. در این پژوهش سعی شده است تا رابطه مولفه‌های هوش هیجانی تهیه‌کنندگان صورت‌های مالی و کیفیت گزارشگری مالی مورد مطالعه قرار گیرد، لذا تاثیر هریک از این مولفه‌ها بر میزان بهبود کیفیت گزارشگری مالی مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. ابزارهای این پژوهش، شامل پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش هیجانی شرینگ(متغیر مستقل) و اطلاعات صورت‌های مالی شرکت‌های عضو بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه زمانی 1391 تا 1396 جهت آزمون کیفیت گزارشگری مالی (متغیر وابسته) بوده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مولفه‌های هوش هیجانیتهیه‌کنندگان صورت‌های مالی(شامل خودآگاهی، خود تنظیمی، خود انگیزشی، مهارت همدلی، مهارت اجتماعی) تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری برکیفیت گزارشگری مالی دارد، به گونه‌ای که به ازای یک واحد تغییر در هریک از مولفه‌های هوش هیجانی موجب تغییرات عمده درجهت مثبت ومعنادار درکیفیت گزارشگری مالی می‌گردد. The purpose of this research studies the impact of business intelligence on the financial reporting quality of listed companies in the Tehran Stock Exchange using structural equation modeling. The instruments of this research were the business Intelligence Questionnaire (Provich, 2012) and the financial statements of listed companies in The Tehran Stock Exchange to study of the financial reporting quality. For this purpose, the data of 182 listed companies in the Tehran Stock Exchange in 2018 was collected and processed. To analyze the data, Partial Least Squares Method and PLS-3 software were used.
