Acceptance Sampling models have been widely applied in companies for the inspection and testing the raw material as well as the final products. A number of lots of the items are produced in a day in the industries so it may be impossible to inspect/test each item in a lot. The acceptance sampling models only provide the guarantee for the producer and consumer that the items in the lots are according to the required specifications that they can make appropriate decision based on the results obtained by testing the samples. Acceptance sampling plans are practical tools for quality control applications which consider quality contracting on product orders between the vendor and the buyer. Acceptance decision is based on sample information. In this research, dynamic programming and Bayesian inference is applied to decide among decisions of accepting, rejecting, tumbling the lot or continuing to the next decision making stage and more sampling. We employ cost objective functions to determine the optimal policy. First, we used the Bayesian modelling concept to determine the probability distribution of the nonconforming proportion of the lot and then dynamic programming is utilized to determine the optimal decision. Two dynamic programming models have been developed. First one is for the perfect inspection system and the second one is for imperfect inspection. این پژوهش با هدف تبیین نقش تعدیل کنندگی دلبستگی به تغییر در روابط بین رهبری اخلاقی، رضایت شغلی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با عملکرد سازمانی به اجرا درآمد. روش پژوهش علّی- همبستگی و جامعه آماری آن کلیه مدیران مدارس جنوب غربی شهر اصفهان به تعداد 263 نفر بود. حجم نمونه و جامعه برابر انتحاب شد. ابزار این پژوهش پرسشنامه بودکه پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد. تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها با کمک بسته آماری در علوم اجتماعی نسخه 22 و حداقل مربعات جزئی انجام شد. بین متغیر های پیش بین با عملکرد سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد و هر سه متغیر دلبستگی به تغییر و رهبری اخلاقی و رضایت شغلی قابلیت پیش بینی عملکرد سازمانی را دارند. معادلات ساختاری نشان داد رهبری اخلاقی با رضایت شغلی، عملکرد سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمان رابطه معنادار و مستقیم دارد. با وجود نقش تعدیل‌کنندگی دلبستگی به تغییر در هر سه رابطه فقط رابطه‌ی بین رهبری اخلاقی و رضایت شغلی تحت تأثیر این نقش قرار دارد. شاخص های نیکویی برازش مدل مؤید برازش مطلوب بود. با توجه به تأثیر رهبری اخلاقی بر عملکرد سازمانی راهکارهای توسعه و دست یابی مدیران به شیوه ی اعمال انواع مدیریت مبتنی بر رهبری اخلاقی در سازمانها پیگیری شود. مدیران برای افزایش عملکرد سازمانی به دنبال مشارکت کارکنان در فرآیند تغییرات درون سازمانی و نوآورانه باشند و شیوه های مختلف افزایش رضایت شغلی را در ابعاد مادی و معنوی فراهم نمایند. توسعه رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با آموزش و تشویق کارکنان برای افزایش عملکرد سازمانی را در اولویت قرار دهند. واژه های کلیدی : دلبستگی به تغییر، رفتار شهروندی سازمانی، رضایت شغلی، رهبری اخلاقی، عملکرد سازمانی Manuscript profile
