    ارتباطات بازاریابی یکپارچه به معنی طراحی ،تدوین و اجرای برنامه های مختلف در خصوص استفاده از ترکیبی از روش ها و ابزارهای ارتباطات بازاریابی بصورت منسجم برای تحت تاثیر دان مخاطب و جلب وی بسوی سازمان است و باعث توانمندی شرکت می گردد.پژوهش حاضر با هدف اندازه گیری و اعتبار یابی مدل ارتباطات یکپارچه بازاریابی در بورس تهران با استفاده از روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق سهامداران بورس تهران باا استفاده ازجدول مورگان تعداد 386 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس اتتخاب شدند و اطلاعات لازم از ابزار پرسشنانه گردآوری گردید. جهت ارزیابی برازش مدل پیشنهادی از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی با نرم افزار اسمارت پی ال اس استفاده شده است. نتایج جزئی و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه دوم با استفاده از نرم افزار تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه دوم نشان داد که همه متغیرهای مشاهده پذیر دارای بار عاملی بالاتر از 70/0 روی متغیر مکنون متناظر خود بوده اند و معنی دار هستند همچنین مقدار شاخص متوسط واریانس استخراج شده تمامی متعیرها بالای 5/0 گزارش شده که نشانگر روایی همگرا متغیرهای مدل بود و میزان ضریب افزونگی در همه متغیرها مثبت وتقریبا نزدیک به 35/0 بود و این نشان دهنده کیفیت مناسب مدل اندازه گیری است و میتوان نتیجه گرفت که مدل موردنظرتوانایی پیش بینی را دارد. این بدان معنا است که روش‌ها و ابزارهای ارتباط بازاریابی بر یکپارچه‌سازی ارتباطات بازاریابی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند و یکپارچه‌سازی ارتباطات بازاریابی بر اثربخشی ارتباطات بازاریابی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.     ABSTRACTThe current era is the wonderful age of information and knowledge; the age of incredible acceleration of technology and creativity. In recent years, a wave of implementation and operation of office automation systems has swept the country and many organizations have shown a desire to use these systems. The main objective of this study is to investigate the impact of office automation systems on enhancing employee performance at Semnan Province Department of Tax Administration, Iran. This research is a descriptive-survey research in terms of method and, in terms of objective, can be classified as an applied research. The statistical population of this study is all employees of the General Department of Taxation of Semnan Province with a degree equivalent to and above high school diploma to 317 people. The statistical sampling method of this research, according to its subject and nature, is stratified sampling with appropriate allocation for employees and educational classes. The Cochran formula yielded an estimate of the sample population equal to 174 participants. Data are analyzed using the SPSS software. Diagrams have drawn by the EXCEL software and structured equations have calculated by the AMOS software. All research hypotheses are verified and the results show that the office automation system is effective in improving employee performance. Manuscript profile

    Today one of the most important approaches to organization success is utilized proper leadership style which is able to affect on lots of organizational outputs. The effect of leadership on the follower outcomes at work has been extensively established through various researchments on management practices. Leaders depict several different styles and provide guidance to their followers to attain on their goals. The purpose of the current research is to survey the influence of servant leadership on knowledge sharing to attend moderating role of social responsibility. This research is applicable to main view and descriptive rom data collection. The data gathering of tool was questionnaire which library and fieldwork were utilized for its designation. Statistical population includes 880 employees of Parsian Insurance Company from which 268 ones were selected by Cochran sampling formula. Sampling strategy was stratified random. To measure servant leadership like as: agapao love, empowerment, vision, servicing, humility, trust and altruism were utilized. The result of appling to structural equation model in Lisrel software environment illustrated that servant leadership and its dimension affects significantly and positively on knowledge sharing. Meanwhile social responsibility moderates the influence of servant leadership on knowledge sharing. Manuscript profile
