1 - اثر تنش کمبود آب و تیمار بیولوژیک بذر بر شاخصهای فیزیولوژیک و فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی گیاه دارویی مخلصه (Tanacetum persicum (Boiss.) Mozaff)Journal of Crop Ecophysiology , Issue 4 , Year , Winter 2018ﮐﺸﺖ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن داروﯾﯽ به منظور استفاده از ترکیبات دارویی حاصل از آنها و حفظ ذخایر ژنتیکی و تنوع در زیستبوم، اهمیت ویژهای دارد. گیاه مخلصه از جمله گیاهان دارویی است که از خواص دارویی و آنتیاکسیدانی برخوردار میباشد. بهمنظور بررسی اثر تلقیح بذر با باکتریهای ریزوسفری ارتق Moreﮐﺸﺖ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن داروﯾﯽ به منظور استفاده از ترکیبات دارویی حاصل از آنها و حفظ ذخایر ژنتیکی و تنوع در زیستبوم، اهمیت ویژهای دارد. گیاه مخلصه از جمله گیاهان دارویی است که از خواص دارویی و آنتیاکسیدانی برخوردار میباشد. بهمنظور بررسی اثر تلقیح بذر با باکتریهای ریزوسفری ارتقا دهنده رشد، شاخصهای فیزیولوژیک و فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی گیاه دارویی مخلصه تحت تنش کمبود آب، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی، بهصورت گلدانی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه شهرکرد در خرداد ماه 1395 انجام شد. فاکتورهای آزمایشی شامل آبیاری 100 درصد آبیاری کامل (شاهد)، 75 درصد آبیاری کامل و 50 درصد آبیاری کامل تلقیح بذر با باکتری در 7 سطح مشتمل بر شاهد(عدم تلقیح باکتریایی)، تلقیح بذربا باکتریهای Azotobacter chroococcum،Bacillus amyloliquefaciens،strain Asp. Bacillus، strain B sp. Bacillus،Pseudomonas fluorescence، Pseudomonas putidaبودند. نتایج نشان داد تیمارهای تلقیح باکتریایی در شرایط تنش اثر معنیداری بر تمام صفات مورد بررسی داشتند (01/0p≤). تیمار تلقیح باکتریایی chroococcumAzotobacter بیشترین تاثیر را بر میزان کلروفیل a، کاروتنوئیدها، عملکرد بیولوژیک، عملکرد اسانس و آنتوسیانین (µmol.ml-1 020/0)، strain A sp. Bacillus با افزایش 5/2 برابری میزان پرولین نسبت به شاهد بیشترین تاثیر را بر میزان پرولین و strain B sp. Bacillus بیشترین تاثیر را بر فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی (μg.ml-1 32/5 :IC50) داشتند. همچنین، fluoresence Pseudomonasموجب افزایشمیزان کاروتنوئیدها در تنش 50 درصد آبیاری کامل و Pseudomonas putida بیشترین تاثیر را بر میزان کلروفیل b، کلروفیل کل، پایداری غشا و محتوای نسبی آب برگ داشتند. با توجه به نتایج این بررسی تلقیح باکتریایی بذر مخلصه با باکتریهای Azotobacter و Pseudomonas به ویژه در روشهای کشت کم آبیاری جهت تخفیف اثرات تنش خشکی قابل استفاده است. The plant is traditionally used as an expectorant, antispasmodic, anti-bloating and laxative, also it is used to treat indigestion with bloating and constipation, neurologic diseases, epilepsy, and various pain, especially joint pain. Due to the value and importance of F. persica in traditional medicine and its beneficial pharmacological effects, this review aimed to investigate the findings on the ethnobotany, phytochemistry, traditional uses, and pharmacological effects of this medicinal plant published up to 2022.Experimental: The information and findings in this review were obtained via electronic search using Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science Direct, Wiley Online, and Taylor & Francis, as well as relevant books.Results: Various studies have shown that F. persica contains secondary metabolites such as coumarin, sulfur-containing compounds, steroids such as stigma-esterol, sitosterol, monoterpene and sesquiterpene, also numerous pharmacological activities including antitumor, anti-Alzheimer, antiepileptic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antigenotoxic, about the plant have been reported.Recommended applications/industries: Due to high-value components, wide application in traditional medicine, and various pharmacological effects, F. persica may be addressed as a source of multiple herbal medicinal compounds.
