Therefore, in this research, an attempt has been made to provide a life cycle optimization model for the electricity industry. To analyze the results and optimize the model, Anylogic software was used. After implementing the model to optimize the results, a number of scenarios were examined according to the opinions of experts and the final conclusion was reached. In this research, the researchers seek to present a mechanism for the sociology of digital governance to study better ways to live in smart cities.The research method is mixed in terms of how to check the data; Because it uses both quantitative research strategies (in expert data) and qualitative method strategy (in interview content analysis). In terms of the nature of the data, the current research uses both quantitative and qualitative methods. This article is included in basic-applied research. Because the research is exploratory and its main purpose is to identify the environmental drivers related to the subject of the research, the research is of a fundamental type.Based on the obtained results, the first scenarios in the areas of intelligence, participation-oriented, transparency, structural arrangements, integration, culturalization, and stabilization are the best, and the sixth scenario and to some extent the fifth scenario show the worst possible situations. The second to fourth scenarios are mostly based on the least changes in the main factors and showed progress in only one factor and regression in one factor.The results of the research showed that capacity building creates the right to access information, increase law enforcement, discipline urban management mechanisms, and strengthen internal platforms to network and secure information in the direction of urban smartness. One of the main concerns of scholars is the observance of intellectual property rights in the production of knowledge content. Data and knowledge derived from the results of research need to be produced based on ethical issues in order to provide context for solving problems through innovation, scientific accuracy and relevance on the basis of ethical principles. In this research, the intelligent knowledge audit model was designed for Islamic Azad University. The present research is applied and in the first stage due to the recognition of the dimensions of the model, is exploratory, in the second phase, the comparative study of the selected models, and in the third stage is analytical. The data gathering tool were a researcher-made questionnaire and interview. In the present research, a questionnaire was distributed through a sample of 205 professors and PhD candidates in the field of information technology management. The questionnaire was analyzed using structural equation modeling, and the conformity between the independent variables and the dependent variable was presented. In the following, a comparative study of the selected models was performed and after analyzing the interviews with the experts, the final model was designed. As a result, the use of structural and semantic analysis methods in sequence can lead to the prevention of repetitive content. Despite advances in information technology, many banks continue to carry out their business processes in a traditional, paper-based manner, using Internet-based tools can be a reliable and fast way to improve performance. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the influence of Internet-based systems on the work process using business process simulation. A case study is carried out on the Credit Card process in an Iranian bank. All the components of this process are modeled using the principles of business process simulation, and then it shows how different scenarios can be evaluated. The research reveals that using web-based systems in the process can improve the bank's performance. The results reveal that indicators such as cycle time, waiting time in the operator's queue, and operators’ desirability can all be improved. The data generated in the simulation process can be used in feasibility studies and the eligibility of the TO-BE situation. Also, the structure and approach of the presented method can be adopted in financial services and aid the decision-making process. هدف از این پژوهش تبیین روابط بین ابعاد و شاخص‌های مدل پذیرش فناوری‌های اینترنت اشیاء در کسب و کار هوشمند می‌باشد. این تحقیق از منظر هدف‌‌، یک تحقیق توصیفی و بر اساس رویکرد ترکیبی می‌باشد. با توجه به رویکرد ترکیبی پژوهش‌‌، ابتدا‌‌، به استخراج معیارها و زیرمعیارها بر اساس مصاحبه و با استفاده از روش گراندد تئوری پرداخته شد. سپس در بخش کمی به اعتبارسنجی مدل پاردایمی ارائه شده‌‌، بر اساس داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده بر اساس پرسشنامه پرداخته شد. برای بررسی روایی کیفی‌‌، از روایی صوری و روایی کیفی محتوا و برای ارزیابی پایایی کمی‌‌، از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. به ‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss و روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار smart. PLS‌‌، استفاده است. نتایج حاصل از کدگذاری محوری‌‌، نشان داد که 63 کد اولیه در قالب شش مقوله‌ی‌‌، بعد اجتماعی‌‌، فرهنگی‌‌، بعد انسانی‌‌، بعد تکنولوژیکی‌‌، بعد مالی‌‌، بعد مدیریتی و قوانین و مقرارت دولت مشخص شدند. همچنین مقدار شاخص GOF عددی برابر 491/0 حاصل شد که نشان از کیفیت بالای کلی مدل دارد. تمامی متغیرهای شناسایی شده در مدل‌‌، معنادار بود‌ه‌اند و روابط بین متغیرهای درونزا و برونزای مدل نیز معنادار بوده است. شعب بانک یکی از ارکان مهم بانکداری دیجیتال است و بررسی عملکرد آنها نقش مهمی در سودآوری و تحقق اهداف بانک در پی‌دارد. این پژوهش به ارزیابی عملکرد شعب بانک با استفاده از روشهای نوآورانه می‌پردازد. نخست به شناسایی شاخصهای مهم در خصوص ارزیابی عملکرد شعب پرداخته شده است. سپس روش پیشنهاد‌ی برروی داده‌های شعب بانک در قالب مطالعه موردی پیاده‌سازی گردیده است. بدین منظور ابتدا خوشه بندی انجام گردید تا شعب کارا و نیمه کارا و ناکارا از یکدیگر تفکیک گردند. سپس بر اساس برچسب ایجاد شده بر روی دادهای شعب از الگوریتمهای طبقه بندی و درخت تصمیم استفاده گردید تا قوانین موجود در داده‌های شعب کارا و ناکارا و نیمه کارا استخراج گردد. در تحقیق حاضر از مدل ارائه شده از الگوریتم C5.0 بدلیل بدست آوردن بالاترین میزان صحت در مقایسه با سایر الگوریتمها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. در انتها براساس قواعد استخراج شده به طراحی یک سیستم خبره برای ارزیابی عملکرد شعب بانکی پرداخته شد. برای طراحی سیستم خبره از نرم افزار کلیپس استفاده شد. در بانک مورد مطالعه شاخص درصد متوسط افزایش سپرده‌های ارزان قیمت طی دوره به افزایش مانده هدف دارای بیشترین تاثیر در عملکرد را دارا بود.
