In this paper we introduce the bi-VB groupoid and representation of double Lie groupoids, using the concept of vector bundle object in the category of Lie groupoids or Lie groupoid object in the category of vector bundle. A bi-VB groupoid is a bi-vector bundle object in the category of Lie groupoids. By a bi-vector bundle, we mean that a manifold by two vector bundle structures over two manifolds. We study some properties of the representation of double Lie groupoid as a cochains and smooth groupoid cohomology. We can show that there exists a one to one corresponding between a representation of a double Lie groupoid and two continues degree one operator which the space of normalized cochains, satisfying graded Leibniz identity and vanished their square. We study some properties and some example of bi-VB groupoids. And then we show that any representation of double Lie groupoids induced a bi-VB groupoid structure on its action groupoid. مقاله حاضر به بررسی رفتار مصرفی خانوارهای شهری کشور ایران، با استفاده از الگوی تصحیح خطای تقریب خطی سیستم تقاضای تقریباً ایده آل[1] (ECM-LA-AIDS) بر مبنای رویکرد همجمعی در دوره زمانی 1389-1359، برای 5 گروه کالایی منتخب در بودجه خانوار می پردازد. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد تعدیل به سمت تعادل بلندمدت به ترتیب در دو گروه کالایی لوازم، اثاثه و مسکن و سوخت به سرعت انجام می پذیرد. همچنین خانوارهای شهری در رفتار مصرفی خود دچار توهم پولی هستند. پس از محاسبه کشش های کوتاه مدت و بلندمدت مارشالی و هیکسی مشخص گردید آثار اعمال سیاست های قیمتی در کوتاه مدت با سرعت بیشتری نسبت به بلندمدت ظاهر می گردد و کشش های مخارجی برای کلیه گروه های کالایی بجز پوشاک و کفش و گروه سایر در بلندمدت بیشتر از کوتاه مدت است. طبقه بندی JEL: C30, C12, R20 [1] Error Correction Model Linear Approximate of Almost Ideal Demand System Manuscript profile
