Purpose: There is still no model for accrediting the educational programs of this organization. Based on this, the modeling of the structural equations of the accreditation of the educational program of human resources of Qazvin province has been researched. Methodology: This research is practical in terms of collecting survey data and cross-sectional time. The statistical population of the research was 16,689 education personnel of Qazvin province based on the data of the LTMS system. The sample size was estimated to be 300 people using the Krejcie and Morgan table and was selected by stratified random method. To collect the data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used from the qualitative section, and to describe them, average and standard deviation statistics were used. Confirmatory factor analysis and Friedman's test were used to analyze the data in spss and smartpls software at a significance level of 0.05. Findings: Based on the results of the confirmatory factor analysis test, the accreditation model of the Qazvin province education human resources training program has the dimensions of human resources, contextual factors, organizational factors, efficiency and performance, and specific components and indicators of each dimension. Also, based on the results of Friedman's test, there is a significant difference between the ranks of the dimensions and components of this model. Conclusion: The lack of a two-way correlation of the dimensions of the model indicates the lack of flexibility and modification of the components of this program. Manuscript profile
