Studying relationship between inefficient social structure by more destruction of somatic elements with approach of stable development in broken-down texture of Tabriz (case study of regions Ghoshkhane ,Ahmadabad ,Molazynal and Khalilabad)

Abstract :
city as a human environment is under serious threats and this problemy is because of increasing importance of stable development of considerations in stable general policies. The main aim of this thesis is distinguishing effective and key parameters, then offer strategies to create urban sustainable pattern and urban development. Therefore, in target regions an analysis performed in order to extract proper indexes for evaluate sustainability and environment quality by using questionnaire, then for sample content we used Cochran Formula, after that descriptive statistical analysis has carried on, socio-economical and physical data analyzed by SPSS and SWOT techniques, finally we concluded that physical indexes has the most effect but social indexes are in acceptable and quite often satisfactory level. It can be stated that physical problems such as old buildings, nonconformity of criteria in constructions, all cause negative effects from this index. On the other hand family relationships between residents, existence of ethnic origins, communications and the memories about previous generations who lived in those areas usually led to an emotional dependency to area that Justifies desirability of social indexes.
