AbstractShah Isma'il I Safavid is one of the complex characters of Iranian Islamichistory that has attracted the attention of many scholars in the field ofIranian history and Shi'ism with their unique actions and behaviors.Historical reports on the behavior of Shah Isma'il with various religiousgroups indicate that his relationship with Shiites and, on the other hand,his brutal violence, is in contrast to political and religious opponents. Butsometimes he has a tremendous attitude towards his fellow believers,including those who refer to Moshashaeian who are related to Shi'ism.Is the claim of divinity the heads of this religious sect that has inspiredIsmail's religious fanaticism? Or should he look for the reason for hisconfrontation with Moshashaeian in the players in the political games ofthe day, which led to the two sides' alignment? What is clear is that, inthis case, there is no agreement among scholars in the history of IslamicIran, and both sides have the affair. This descriptive-analytic methodaims to investigate the sources of the Safavid period and recognize thecharacter of Shah Isma'il and his motives for promoting Shiism, a steptowards the truth of the story, and whether Ishmael's encounter withMoshashaeia the scholars has a religious dimension or to extend therealm and Consolidate your sovereignty
