Abstract :
It is an examination of the amount of damage that was inflicted on the city of Tabriz and its defenseless people. The tolerance and patience of the people of Tabriz in the face of economic pressures, famine, disease and the way the crisis was managed in this period by intellectuals, marketers and the clerical community, as well as the flexibility and citizenship of the Mujahideen remaining under the skin of the city against the commanders, considering the executions The widespread presence of Russians in the city and their ethnic, linguistic and cultural tendencies with the Ottomans are examined. Until the end of the 19th century, Tabriz was surrounded by the Russians who wanted to completely conquer Iran and reach the warm waters of the Persian Gulf. It was occupied without bloodshed, and on the one hand, due to the existence of ethnic and racial minorities in this region and the closeness of its borders with the Ottoman Turks, in the contemporary history of Iran, the Azerbaijan region is referred to as the "crossroads of events". It was found and from the strategic point of view and the position of Souq Al-Jishi as the "Gateway of Modernity" the seat of "Dar al-Sultaneh of Iran" in the Qajar era. The First World War went to looting and looting. During the years 1914-1918, this city faced insecurity and instability, famine and dangerous infectious diseases.
