Abstract :
Abstract The framework of any regime is based on administrative structure and organizations so that these frameworks help organize various affairs to be able to make the most of the available facilities. Due to its historical background in Elamite, Achaemenid, Seleucid and Parthian dynasties, the Sassanid administrative structure had reached the required development, and over the centuries, it managed to reduce its shortcomings and increase its efficacy through constant trimming and overseeing. The Sassanid divans had a function customized according to prevailing circumstances. For almost everything that seemed necessary, there was a special divan or organization to deal with the current affairs. The Sassanid administrative organization was one of the strengths of this empire. This administrative structure, along with other factors of civilization, maintained the Sassanids as an active force in the world of that day. This structure was used by the Islamic caliphs and rulers of Iran for centuries.
