Abstract :

This applied study, descriptive-analytical in nature, aims to evaluate the realizability of urban development plans with an emphasis on economic and social dimensions in Shahrekord city. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling (SEM) and Amos software. The results indicate that the social factor has the highest factor loading (0.98), followed closely by the political factor (0.98), positioning them as the most influential dimensions. The budgeting factor ranked third with a loading of 0.94, followed by the cultural factor (0.93), participation index (0.88), and economic factor (0.49), respectively. These findings confirm the research hypothesis, highlighting that, according to expert opinions, social and political factors have the greatest impact on the successful implementation of urban development plans in Shahrekord. Conversely, the economic factor exhibited the lowest regression weight (0.49) among all dimensions examined.
