Abstract :
Nowadays, the concept of urban resilience has become a global consensus to achieve sustainable urban development. Due to the importance of urban resilience, the purpose of this study is to identify the effective components of social capital on the promotion of crisis management system and, consequently, the realization of resilience in the metropolis of Tabriz. In this regard, the research method is applied from the perspective of purpose and from the perspective of analytical-exploratory nature, which in order to analyze the information, has been used of structural equation modeling in Amos software. The statistical population of the study also includes managers, officials and experts in urban crisis management as well as academic elites, which using Cohen's formula, the statistical sample size is estimated at 200 people. Findings show that the effect of social capital variables, ie interconnected (intra-organizational), interconnected (inter-organizational) and related, on organizational promotion and realization of resilience were 0.71, 0.65 and 0.58, respectively. Also, among the sub-variables, the most influential are related to the variables of knowledge required to face crises, the degree of internalization in the face of crises and coordination between decision-making centers and executive activities, which the value of the structural model for them are calculated 0.92, 89. 0, 0.83 and 0.81.
