Abstract :
Various studies have shown different results about the relationship between gender roles and self illusion of people. Some Researches have reported that Self illusion is more found in men andaccording to others it is more found in women in women. Self-patient is the thought of someone who, despite his or her physical health, considers him/her as having physical impairments. They are also concerned about their health. the aim of the present study was to determine the relationship between the gender roles (masculine-feminine) and self-illusion of the female university students. the aim of the present study was to determine the relationship between the gender roles (masculine-feminine) and self-illusion of the female university students. For this purpose 50 female students were selected as the sample based on random sampling. Collected data were analyzed data has been analyzed by Pearson correlation method, Regression analysis and one sample (T) test. The results showed that feminine role in girls has positive and meaningful correlation with Self illusion and masculine role in girls has negative meaningful correlation with Self illusion.
