Evaluate the critical thinking skills of faculty members of Islamic Azad Universities in the province

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate critical thinking skills of faculty members of Islamic Azad University, Mazandaran province. Methods This study is a description of the type of survey, population research faculty members of Islamic Azad Universities in the province is Number 1750 people.A sample table of Morgan 320 farmers were selected randomly. Demographic questionnaire, 34 questions about the reliability of critical thinking Kaliforniya in stages by Islami (0/77) Bigdeli (0/73) Asgari (0/68) and in this study, Cronbach's alpha (0/79) were obtained.Descriptive and inferential statistical methods in two parts (T Analysis of Variance) was conducted.The result showed that the critical faculty is the acceptable level of critical thinking skills among different educational groups and no significant differences between male and female faculty members there.
