Investigation of Moderating Role of Organizational Commitment in Relation Between Social Capital and Job Performance

Abstract :
Why do people in some organizations can together create a synergy and improve their performance,but this is not possible in other organizations?These questions and answers are improved, they are vital for the development of organizations.This study examines the moderating role oforganizational commitment in relation between social capital and job performance .research in term of target is practical and in terms of gathering data is descriptive correlational.research questionnaire distributed among staff in sangan iron ore complex and 166 questionnaires were analyzed.In this study, to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used.with the usage of Amos application from The normality of the data ensured and with Using statistical analysis and structural equation data were analyzed.The results show a significant impact of social capital on job performance also organizational commitment dose not have any moderating role in relation between social capital and job performance.this article is very suitble for executive manager to improve their organizatonal performance.
