Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of employees' resistance on organizational changes, and the main hypothesis is: employee resistance affects organizational changes.The statistical population of the population is 450 people. Therefore, using the Cochran formula, 207 experts from the company are developing new energy engineering company. This research is a descriptive and survey data collection method using the questionnaire tool. And it's time-consuming. According to the number of statistical population of this research, the persons available in this research have been used for research.Also, in order to investigate the validity and reliability of the hypotheses and relations between the variables of the research, the "Structural Equation Model", and in particular the path analysis technique, was used using the LISREL software. According to the research model, in the case of significant numbers Since the obtained value of t in all hypotheses is outside 1.96, the results indicate confirmation of the effect of employees' resistance on the level of change perception, emotional commitment, structural change, range and severity of change.
