Abstract :
It is generally believed that teaching is the best job for women from the view of work-family conflict due to its short work time. They are more comfortable and experience less stress in this job hence feeling less so called conflict. This investigation intends to explain the relationship between personality and work-family conflict, resulting outcomes of conflict on job satisfaction, and involvement with job. Findings indicate that teaching contributes to the mentioned conflict and brings about job dissatisfaction and the job-alienation. This is because teachers do some part of their jobs in the house (e.g. to correct the papers).
