Designing the model of organizational adaptability with the approach of trust in government organizations

Abstract :
The aim of the current research is to design an organizational adaptability model based on organizational trust in government organizations. This research is a mixed research in terms of practical purpose, in terms of the method of collecting descriptive-survey data. The statistical population of the research consisted of 3489 people including managers, experts and experts of government organizations of Ilam province and university professors. Sampling in the qualitative stage was based on a purposeful judgment method and based on the principle of theoretical adequacy, and the required information was completed through interviews with 13 people. In the second stage, the statistical sample was 346 people who were randomly selected from the statistical population. The conceptual model obtained from the qualitative stage was tested by structural equations. The results showed that organizational trust with 4 dimensions and 13 components are effective on organizational adaptability with 5 dimensions and 16 components. Based on the research results, the model obtained from the content analysis stage and the Delphi method was fitted through structural equation modeling and PLS software, and at the end, the final model of trust-based organizational adaptability was presented.
