Abstract :

There is currently no consensus on the nature of entrepreneurship. Present phenomenological research has been devoted to exploring the life experiences of entrepreneurs in order to draw the definition and subject of entrepreneurship research. The research process included the development of interview questions based on an overview of theoretical foundations, the selection of contributors, face-to-face interviews with entrepreneurs. Researchers will compare each set of entrepreneurial data with other entrepreneurs to create conceptual classes. Sampling was completed at the time of the emergence of the main classes and theoretical saturation, and the sequence and sequencing of the classes began to create the emerging emerging character of the emerging definition. Based on the findings of research, the entrepreneur as the human factor of the entrepreneurial phenomenon sets out the set of actions, activities and behaviors (actions) for a specific purpose and result (activities and outcomes of the activity) based on factors such as individual competencies and entrepreneurial spirit, organizational factors And environments (entrepreneurship enablers) within a specific framework or for the formation of a new framework and pursuit of economic or social values . In response to the need for convergence in entrepreneurship research, this article outlines the prospect of directing future research. First, there is a distinction between definitions and the need for a distinction between entrepreneurship and small businesses. Then, the necessity of classifying entrepreneurship definitions is inevitable, and finally, there is a consensus on the issues that need to be identified to facilitate unity in research in this field
