Abstract :
Abstract Globalization of rights, at least in some areas such as human rights, is taking place as an indisputable fact. This globalization is shaped based on the closeness of human beings culturally to each other and the acceptance of the presence of values, beliefs and awareness of the common behaviors and natures of human beings to each other throughout the world. Democracy is a new model that the United Nations, governments and states have considered in the last decade of the twentieth century and the beginning of the new century to avoid war and bloodshed as well as the establishment of international peace and security. In the democratization approach, the war, insecurity and global conflict stems from lack of democracy. In fact, democracy is a necessity of time and modern world is moving towards it.
