Abstract :
The aim of present search is to predict the educational achievement of female students (in the fifth grade of elementary school) based on organizational atmosphere and job satisfaction of teachers. The statistical population of this study is a group of 117 teachers in the elementary schools in Kerman province. Organizational atmosphere, job satisfaction of teachers and educational achievement were measured by questionnaire of Halpin and Kraft, by questionnaire of Stephen Robins and the average score of students on final examinations, respectively. Multiple regression was carried out using SPSS. The results of multiple regression analyses showed that job satisfaction is predictable through two variables of organizational atmosphere (lack of interest, group mentality or mind) and lack of interest has the most significant direct effect on job satisfaction and the educational achievement is predictable through teachers' job satisfaction and four organizational atmosphere variables (lack of interest, group mentality, penetration, disturbance). Group mentality has the most direct effect on educational achievement. From the combination of two regression equations, we could come to a conclusion that lack of interest and group mentality or mind not only have the a direct relationship with educational achievement, but also they have a relationship with educational achievement via job satisfaction variable and this variable could be as a mediate variable for predicting the educational achievement through dimensions of organizational atmosphere (lack of interest, group mentality)
