Abstract :
Neishabour was always one of the most important cities in irans history during the ages. It was appointed as the as long as samanian and ghaznavids era. The suitable trade situation and political centre caused an increasing development in this city that there were such places neither in fourth century, and nor in early fifth century, except Baghdad the Islamic world capital.
