Mental health is the state of having full satisfaction and ability by which the person can play his/her social, mental and physical role. Lack of mental balance may affect the person and family role in different aspects of life. For this reason, this research studies the relationship between mental health, maritual satisfaction and the educational function of the male and female B.A students in Kermanshah Islamic Azad University. The methodology of the research is correlation which studies the changes dimention as well as the relationship between two or many variables. The statistical population includes 300 university students. The sampling method is simple random, and the means of collecting the information include the personal particulars and general health questionaires, T Nrich questionary and the students educational function on the basis of their final term average. Using the regression analysis test, and independent T test, the collected data were analyzed. The results showed that there is a diverse relationship between the maritual life satisfaction and mental health in depression and anxiety factors. (p<0/01). There is no meaning full relationship between the maritual life satisfaction and mental health in social activities. (p<0/05) There is a meaningful relationship between maritual life and mental health as well as educational function. (p<0/01). There is a meaningful relationship between male and female mental health. It means that male students are mentally healthier than female students.
