Analysis of the three factors of ideation development on the consequences of qualitative development of growth centers with a mixed approach

Abstract :
The present study was conducted under the title of analysis of the three factors of ideation development on the consequences of qualitative development of growth centers with a mixed approach. The research method was fundamental in terms of purpose and in terms of how to collect information at two levels of quality, the approach of Strauss and Corbin (1998) and quantitative. The statistical population of the study included all managers of knowledge-based companies located in the universities of Tehran and Isfahan in 1398. The data collection tool was structured in the qualitative part of the interview, which was analyzed by coding on a sample of 15 people, and in the quantitative part of the main assessment tool, a researcher-made questionnaire. Based on the software minimum, the smallest partial intelligent squares of the sample size in the quantitative part of the research was considered to be 50 people. The results showed that the three factors of ideation development include causal conditions with 6 components (organizational context, educational factors, financial factors, communication patterns, effective teamwork, market research), contextual conditions with 3 main categories (function, economy, rules). And intervention conditions with 4 categories (support, empowerment, attitude, analysis of interaction behavior) affect the quality development outcomes of growth centers in 5 main categories (rich and enhanced employment, entrepreneurial growth, talent management, scientific marketing and national synergy) and theory The initial model of qualitative development of the growth centers of the country's universities was developed as a conceptual model based on the mentioned categories.
