Abstract :
Electronic services are an important tool in the development of businesses and the promotion of communication services to customers, and it has an impact on the company's profits. These effects can be widely seen in the modern and dynamic world; so, the purpose of research is to examine the relationship between the development of electronic services and the dividend of Gol Gohar in Sirjan. The statistical population is 5000 experts, supervisors and senior managers of Gol Gohar Sirjan. sample size was selected using Cochran's formula, 356 people. Financial statements were analyzed to collect information from the electronic service questionnaire and check dividends. The validity of the questionnaire was calculated as 0.82 and its reliability as 0.93. SPSS software and Pearson correlation test were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between electronic services, usability, information quality and service interaction with dividends.
