Abstract :
onsidering the importance of entrepreneurship in society and organizations, it is necessary to tend to entrepreneurship logarithm and their extension, especially in organization. Also considering the importance and extension of organizations in people`s life, attention to organizational entrepreneurship seems so necessary. The main goal in this article is to present the explanation of organizational entrepreneurship, defining the dimension and the important factors in extent of this and the challenges of it. Considering the studies that have been done, organizational entrepreneurship is one of the dimensions of entrepreneurship and considering the diverse environment the only way to sustain of organizations is using of innovative ways or entrepreneurship in organizations. So this study practice using the attributive survey way to gather the information and then with existing frameworks tries to analyze the organizational entrepreneurship and at last identifying the challenges of it in the real world.
