Identifying Factors Affecting Performance Evaluation in Bowling, Billiards and Bowls Federation

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the performance of the Bowling, Billiards and Bowls Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is of a mixed type and was conducted in the field. The statistical population was formed by the experts and experts in the field related to this federation, and 11 people were selected from the management departments, judges' committee and experts for a semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and SPSS software. The findings showed that 5 sections and 10 subgroups were identified, also the conditions in the factors related to the championship sports section are very suitable and according to the criteria of sending to international competitions, it is in the first place and access to international results is in the last place. . On the other hand, the examination of the conditions in the financial survival sector showed its poor condition. The results showed that there is a positive correlation between most of the performance evaluation departments in this federation. According to the findings, the lack of satisfaction of customers and employees was one of the obstacles to accurate performance evaluation. Therefore, it is suggested to the managers of this federation to activate and facilitate the protest system by creating a guide structure for clients and a system for evaluating client satisfaction.
