Abstract :
The present study aims to "identify and prioritize the components affecting staff training in Sirjan Gol Gohar Company. " done. The statistical population of this research includes all experts, managers and experts in the field of staff training. The sample size of the study was 13 experts, managers and experts in the field of staff training. This sampling continued until theoretical saturation, which indicates the validity of qualitative research. This research is of mixed type with exploratory design and the method of content analysis and TOPSIS has been used. And consists of three main parts. The first part deals with the development of theoretical foundations in which the method of qualitative library research and study of documents was used as the most appropriate method. In the second part, content analysis and interviews with experts were performed using the qualitative research method. In the third part, using TOPSIS software, the components affecting the training of employees in Gol Gohar Sirjan Company were prioritized. In conclusion, based on the research results, some suggestions have been presented that can be used by the officials and executives of Gol Gohar Sirjan Company.
