Employees are the main asset of organizations and are of great importance. In this regard, employees and employers must comply with health and safety rules. In this study, the cooperative relationship between employers and employees and obeying the safety rules and health are examined in the industrial cooperatives of the Kurdistan province. This research is qualitative in terms of approach and practical in terms of objectives. Also, the method of correlational research survey is used which was conducted in cooperative companies of Kurdistan in the spring of 2015. The target population included all employees of industrial cooperatives in Kurdistan. 264 people were selected by random sampling. In this study, two questionnaires are used as the main tool to measure and collect the data. Validity and reliability were approved. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used. The results demonstrated that there is positive and significant relationship collaboration between employers and employees and the safety and health.
