Abstract :
The aim of this study was to develop a clinical pattern of personality in Corona disease patients and compare it with no infected persons. The research design was descriptive by causal-comparative method. The sample consisted of 214 people (164 female, 50 male) who referred to Dr. Shariati Hospital in Tehran, in the first quarter of 1400. They were selected by available method. The measure used in this study was Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI-III). Data were analyzed by Chi-square (Chi-square) and Fisher tests, and Phi correlation coefficient. The results of the analysis showed that among 14 personality disorders, only avoidance personality, depressed personality and dependent personality disorders were significant between two group (p<0.05). And among the 10 clinical disorders, only post-traumatic disorder was significantly different in the these groups. Therefore, it is concluded that Covid-19 disease is associated with intensification of negative emotional. In this study, no results were obtained on the effect of coronavirus disease on severe clinical disorders.
