Abstract :

Abstract Aim:This study was to determine the effectiveness of hope therapy on achievement motivation. This study was a pre-post test experimental design with control group.metod: Statistical population included all students of work/knowledge in Baharestan County of Tehran Province. 3o student were selected via cluster sampling. Elementing of Acheivement Motivation Test(ACMT) the 30 student were assigned to experimental and control group randomly. Subjects of experimental group were treated by 10 hope therapy sessions. Control group received no intervention. Result: Data analyzed by Covariance Test showed that achievement motivation of experimental group was significantally enhanced compared with control group(P < 0/001).discussion: This study showed hope therapy promotes achievement motivation.
