Abstract :
The purpose of this article is to compare the emotional and cognitive intelligence of manag-ers of triple periods of education and its rela-tion with their occupational performance rela-tion emotional intelligence and occupa- tional performance of managers of elementary in lenjan area.The method is descriptive (type of correlation). The population statistics (of study) includes306 and The sample (of study) in cludes 146 managers of elementary, guidance and high school periods in lenjan area that they undertake management of schools now. Of course they were selected by simple random sampling method. Data of research collected by using Shirring’s emotional intelligence questionaire, Reyon’s questionaire and Moto vidloon scatter’s occupational performance and analyzed by “spss “softwave and coeffient correlation, mean, standard deviation and percent in meaningful level P < 0/05 .The Findings indicate that there is meaningful difference between cognitive and emotional intelligence and occupational performance of managers of three periods of elementary, guidance and high school (P < 0/05). Between components of emotional intelligence (self-sentience, social skill and self- motive) and general emotional intelligence with occupational performance is meaningful relation P < 0.05, between cognitive intel-ligence and occupational performance of managers of elementary period is meaningful relation in level P < 0.05, between emotional intelligence and occupational Performance of managers of guidance period is no meaningful relation in level P < 0.05.
