Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to investigating the relationship between implementation context field of innovation culture and organizational climate among employees of Sepahan Cement Company. The research methodology was correlational. Research statistical population were the employee’s of Sepahan Cement company in summer and autumn 1388, from them 270 persons on the basic of cochrane formula for determing sample size, were selected with using systematic random sampling. Data were analyzed with the use of Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis. Results revealed that there are positive significant relations between organizational climate components with implementation context field of innovation culture. The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that in three step, goals, peace, and people as dimensions of organizational climate have predictive power for prediction of implementation context field of innovation culture respectively.
