The Yemeni crisis from the perspective of the international community with a look at the UN Charter

Abstract :
The present study aimed to examine the Yemeni crisis from the perspective of the international community by looking at the UN Charter in a library way. The research question is that; Regardless of the intentions of Saudi Arabia and its allies in invading Yemen, regardless of whether the invasion of Yemen was legal in terms of the rule prohibiting the use of force in international relations, which is the cornerstone of the UN, or not. Whether or not the Yemeni conflict is considered an international one, according to the treaties to which all parties to the Yemeni war are parties, they are obliged to act within the framework of these international conflicts. Based on this framework and relying on Extensive and available evidence has led us to conclude that the forces invading Yemen have repeatedly committed three international crimes, "war", "against humanity" and "genocide", which must be committed in accordance with existing treaties and by competent judicial authorities. Be prosecuted, tried and punished. The study also found that the courts of Yemen and the Contracting States of the Four Geneva Conventions (1949) are considered more appropriate courts on the basis of universal jurisdiction.
