Abstract :
Cyber theft is among the crimes that occur in cyberspace, and although the substantive conditions and constituent elements of a crime, no different from the traditional theft, but the difference in the crime, distinguishing the two types is stealing from each other. The perpetrators of Internet piracy as well as other crimes can be both natural and legal persons.
