This paper explores and explains the principles of the Quran and the Hadith has no legitimate moral damage And generally prohibit the discussion of moral damage based on the Qur'an and hadith authority and prove that Islam forbids the prevention of material damage, Prevention and interdiction consider the moral damage and resist the loss of human rights as expressed in a refusal And ultimately discussing the legislative statutes and spiritual fulfillment and compensation is paid Mainly on the basis of Islam is the Qur'an and the Sunnah infallible And the legal system of Islam is always right and justice times Even the slightest aggression and oppression very least it has been unduly So how can we say that in this ritual, spiritual damage to the character and dignity of the human character and spirit long overlooked is So obviously the spirit of the book is in the tradition of attention to this issue.
