Introducing: The purpose of present research was to study the relationship between psychological empowerment; Happiness with Organizational citizenship behavior, an descriptive research with a correlational approach was conducted among the staff of Science and Research Branch of Islamic Azad University in Tehran. Method: The sample included 250 staff who were selected using proportional stratified sampling. For gathering the data, it has been used Psychological empowerment questionnaire, Oxford Happiness Questionnaire and Organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed through the SPSS software by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Pearson correlational and Stepwise regression). Findings: The results show that there is a meaningful relation between Psychological empowerment, Happiness with Organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: the average of Psychological empowerment, Happiness and Organizational citizenship behavior among staff is higher than medium.
