Factors affecting the effectiveness of electronic services in Tehran in the citizens’ satisfaction (A Case Study of Tehran Municipality; Zone one)

Abstract :
IntroductionandObjective: In the mid-twentieth century societies and dramatic changes in lifestyle and control their behavior the advantage of the new phenomenon of electronic services and growing citizen participation in community affairs and in their satisfaction that advanced countries in the world have succeeded in creating their own citizens satisfaction. Evidence of Iran and Tehran due to metropolitan ignoring the fundamental factors underlying this has not been successful. The cultural context of social, political, economic, and geographic region in one of the offices of satisfaction and fulfillment services have failed to attract audiences. The purpose of this study, the factors affecting the effectiveness of e-Services in a civilian area of Tehran Municipality has a satisfaction. Methods: Library method and questionnaire method has been used. This field of research, descriptive, and practical survey. Population, 220 people in the sample size is 140 us altogether. Owners live audience for this research is a municipality in the district offices have been referred. Results: Based on the proposed model, the model results showed that the two factors (quality of service and efficiency of managers) in the e-area offices of Tehran Municipality to exist but the absence of the 5 factors, characteristics of services, access to services, the performance of employees, managers and access to external factors causing dissatisfaction in offices civilians.
