Abstract :
This research is functional, purpose wise and descriptive (correlation), method wise. The statistical population includes all teachers, professionals and executers in management, social sciences and culture. In this study, random sampling method was used and 150 questionnaires were distributed among the studied samples. 131 questionnaires were fully completed and returned to the researcher. The data collection tools in this study have been questionnaires. The questionnaires were prepared in two parts of: a) individual characteristics and b) 40 questions. According to the results obtained from testing the research hypotheses and evaluation of opinions of experts, among the eight components, economic factors in Tehran were in the first place, original economic factors were in the second place and political factors in Tehran were in the last place of being influential in the migration to Tehran Metropolis.
