Abstract :

This research is about the study and pathology of the Islamic city council and municipality’s relations. The purpose is recognition of current inconveniences of The Islamic city council and municipality’s relations and causal studying and analyzing of these inconveniences. At the end, managerial strategies for decreasing of these inconvenience for the purpose of promotion of proficiency level of councils and municipality is presented.
