Abstract :
AbstractSocial capital is a new concept that today links, communication among members of the urban network as a source of valuable points. Norms and interaction with the realization of the goals of its members. The important role of physical capital and physical social capital plays in communities. On the other hand cities as the highest form of human settlements are the focus of research. Therefore, according to this study approach is the need for development - functional and with a combination of research methods (athletics, library, descriptive and analytical) to examine social capital metropolis city of Ahvaz in line with sustainable development has to study. The findings of the analysis software and statistical methods Vikor, Minitab, SPSS, Vsio and ArcGIS was used. The results have shown. Seven regions of Ahvaz in three groups, R, S and Q is the highest rank in other words, all the conditions in these areas are honest VIKOR model. So that an average of 0.425 per cent VIKOR model that six metropolitan region with 1.00 percent of the highest and the two metropolitan Ahvaz Ahvaz have had the lowest rate.
