Study of relationship between organizational culture and organizational entrepreneurship in Mallet Bank of Golestan Province

Abstract :
Introduction and aim: Today in most developed countries, organizations are transmitting from bureaucratic and administrative status to entrepreneurship status.The main goal of this study is to investigate the relationship between Organizational culture and corporate entrepreneurship . Methodology: This research method is descriptive – survey. In this study Statistical Community includes 200 educated Staff and experts. According to Morgan Table the needed sample is n=150. Sampling is randomly simple. The instrument which was used for data collection is a researcher made questionnaire which was corrected and verified by supervisor and advisor. Also to make this study more reliable the exploratory factor analysis was used and because subscribe to the Extraction was more than 0.5, it was concluded that the enre queson were valid. For the final conclusion Alfa – Cranach’s was used. Coefficient of Organizational culture equals 0.7 and coecient of corporate entrepreneurship 0.6. Kolmogorov – Smirnov test and spearman correlation coefficient were used to consider date as normal ones . Findings: Regarding the result of Friedman test, “Innovation and risk taking”, “attention to team”, and “attention to members” can be prioritized respectively . Conclusion: The results indicated that there is a positive significant relationship at the 5 confidence level, among all of the organizational culture dimensions and entrepreneurship. Also statistical results show that all the dimension of organizational culture have positive and meaningful correlative.
