Abstract :
Introduction and Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management among employees is Semnan. Method: The goal of this research is applied in terms of data collection, descriptive correlational. Results: The results showed that the level of knowledge management and organizational culture from the perspective of the staff is poor.
