Abstract :

The commission review and approval of Journal in Islamic Azad University issuepublication license of 221 Journals in Various scientific fields. Islamic AzadUniversity, Branches have published hundreds number of those Journals in throughoutthe country. since the Journals are valuable resources in research process and papersare the most reliable and latest specialized information .This study is intended toprovide Database design and creation of these electronic Journals , continuous , easy ,update and without limitation of time and space access to papers full text , Directcontact and cooperation researchers , teachers and students together inside and outsideof Islamic Azad university, distance search , subscription instead to ownership,citation analysis report of Journals ,selective dissemination of information(SDI) andcurrent awareness service(CAS) for researchers inside and outside of Islamic AzadUniversity.
